Arzu is an HR/L&D consultant, professional coach (PCC), trainer, facilitator, who has an undergraduate degree in ‘Psychology’ fromBoğaziçi University in Turkey and a Masters of Arts degree in ‘Human Resources Development’ from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, USA. Over a period of 23 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, most recently in the capacity of her ‘HR Director Turkey’ title she was also holding the position of ‘Director of University Relations and Talent Management, EMEA’, Arzu takes pride in being instrumental in many corporate initiatives/projects, functional and cultural training and orientation of numerous new HR Directors to the company. Following her long and rewarding corporate career with Four Seasons Hotels, Arzu continues her professional coaching and consultancy career independently, where she collaborates with reputable companies on global arena coaching and/or HR consultancy and training projects, developing and facilitating customized programs for groups. She is a certified professional coach (PCC) with over 2200 hours of coaching, who successfully completed ICF accredited coaching schools on Gestalt and Jungian coaching. She has also served as Vice President for International Coach Federation (ICF), Turkey Chapter between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, Arzu is a certified ‘Genos Emotional Intelligence Inventory Administrator’, Points of You, Deep Democracy and Expressive Arts Therapy practitioner.
